Getting started couldn’t be easier. Download the app from our web portal, or jump straight in with the web version, all the links are right there. Sign in with e-ID, eIDAS, or your login credentials, or register in just a moment if you’re new. Once you’re in, your profile keeps your name, email, and ID in one spot, plus notifications, so you never miss a thing. From there, you can request or cancel your EHIC, request or cancel your RHA card, check your eligibility, request information, and so much more.

Using an Android phone? The screens are identical — the only difference is where the system back button sits.

Steps

Access the Health Entitlement portal

Open the web portal and download the app or use the web version.
Sign in

Use e-ID, eIDAS, or your login credentials. New users can register.
Check your profile

Review your name, email, ID, and notifications.
Choose a service

Request or cancel an EHIC, request or cancel an RHA card, check your eligibility, request information, and access other available services.
Track your requests

Use your account and notifications to follow updates and complete any required steps.
