Getting started couldn’t be easier. Download the app from our web portal, or jump straight in with the web version, all the links are right there. Sign in with e-ID, eIDAS, or your login credentials, or register in just a moment if you’re new. Once you’re in, your profile keeps your name, email, and ID in one spot, plus notifications, so you never miss a thing. From there, you can request or cancel your EHIC, request or cancel your RHA card, check your eligibility, request information, and so much more.
Need a European Health Insurance Card? There are three easy ways to apply. Apply online with your e-ID right here in the app, download the form and send it by post, or pick one up from the Entitlement Unit or your Local Council. Let’s do it in the app. Open My Cases, tap Create Case, and choose Request EHIC. Read the quick service description and hit Accept. Then just fill in your details. Your ID, employment type, and address. Review your info, tap Proceed, and confirm. That’s it! Your request is in! You’ll see it update instantly, and you can track it anytime under Last Update. Quick, simple, sorted.
Need a Reciprocal Healthcare Agreement card? If you’re a UK passport holder living in Malta and not covered under EU social security rules, this one’s for you. Just remember, you’ll need a copy of your valid UK passport for every application. Let’s do it in the app. Open My Cases, tap Create Case, and choose Request RHA Card. Read the quick service description and hit Accept. Then fill in your details, tick the boxes that apply, and agree to the terms. Upload your UK passport, tap Send, and confirm. That’s it, your request is in! You’ll see it update instantly, and you can track it anytime under Last Update. Quick, simple, sorted.
