Need a European Health Insurance Card? There are three easy ways to apply. Apply online with your e-ID right here in the app, download the form and send it by post, or pick one up from the Entitlement Unit or your Local Council. Let’s do it in the app. Open My Cases, tap Create Case, and choose Request EHIC. Read the quick service description and hit Accept. Then just fill in your details. Your ID, employment type, and address. Review your info, tap Proceed, and confirm. That’s it! Your request is in! You’ll see it update instantly, and you can track it anytime under Last Update.
